Question: How should exhibits be handled in the participating countries?
Answer: Those designated not for sale in China should be shipped back in the original; valuable exhibits can generally be traded individually or on consignment. If both are not available, they need to be shipped back; for middle and low-grade goods, discount and exclusive sales are generally adopted. For items covered with dust, discoloration, and damaged hanging tags, Exhibition props with large discounts (high-grade goods and art products are generally not discounted, some of the outstanding products are not discounted, on the contrary, the price rises due to exhibition), except for aluminium alloy assembling props, are generally discounted. Things not of reusable value are mostly handled or sold in situ, or given away, or processed for the sake of excessive freight charges.
